What Is Peppermint Mocha?

Peppermint Mocha is a coffee drink that can give freshness to your mood in the morning. As you know, winter has come. It seems like this change in weather also takes some delightful flavor of coffee with it. These flavors are toasted cranberry, gingerbread, and peppermint. One of my favorite flavors is peppermint with mocha. If you are a coffee lover, you have to delight your drink with different flavors.

Every season is representative of some special glasses. Enjoying suitable cups of coffee always according to the seasonal standards. Peppermint Mocha can brighten your holidays. It makes with roasted espresso with steamed milk, peppermint-flavored syrup, and sweet mocha sauce. It topes with dark chocolate curls and whipped cream.

Peppermint Mocha Taste:

Starbucks Peppermint Mocha is richer in the taste of chocolate. It mostly seems as pure hot chocolate than coffee. Generally, it is a less sweet coffee drink when you drink it

You will undoubtedly love this coffee If you are crazy about the chocolate. An outstanding balance between mint and warm chocolate can refresh your winter morning.

Ingredients:

  • Peppermint extract: amount to taste ( about ½ teaspoon)
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 200 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup of whole milk
  • Crushed candy canes
  • Whipped cream

Equipment:

  • Saucepan
  • Coffee Mug
  • Spoon

The Process:

Step 1: Warm The Milk

To start the process by pour whole milk into a saucepan. The choice of milk is on you. You can use any milk which you prefer. Put the saucepan on the stove and warm on medium heat.

Step 2: Make a flavored mixture

When you see milk is warm. Then add sugar, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder. Stir the ingredients until the bubbles form.

Step 3: Brewing the Coffee

Before brewing the coffee, select fresh coffee beans. Suppose you don’t have the ground coffee. Grind the coffee beans with the use of a grinder. I then brewed your coffee or a shot of espresso.

Step 4: Mix the peppermint chocolate mixture with coffee

Take a mug and pour the milky mixture of the saucepan into it. Stir to combine them.

Step 5: Finishing

Now the drink is almost ready. At last, to complete the finishing the glass. By topping with whipped cream, chocolate curls, and a few bits of crushed candy cane. Enjoy it!
